Christmas hours 2015-2016

Wishing all my wonderful customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy and healthy 2016. 

Christmas hours are as follows :- 

I will be closing at 2:00 p.m. this Saturday 19th December, 

 and reopening Tuesday January 5th at 10:00 a.m. 

At this stage we have made no plans to go away,

 so should you need to make a pre arranged appointment 

to come to the shop, please call 0424452024 and I will 

accomodate you if I can. 

If I happen to be in the shop doing some  catch up,

 I will put my business card on the front door.

Simply Red Journal

Finished size approx 6&1/4" x 8&1/4". 

This project combines a little stitchery with a little applique and a little machine ( or hand) piecing.

A simply pieced design with a lovely stitched inner border, Summer Meafow Throw is approx 44"x52". 

Centre piecing can be achieved easily by using a jelly roll.

True Neutral is a very apt name for this beautifully simple quilt in a fairly monochromatic color scheme.

Lynette's  sample (shown) is a classic bed sized quilt which has been made using a combination of neutral tonal prints, creams, soft greens and greys.

Bendigo Cup Day Closure

Li'l Bloke's will be closed on Wednesday October 28th due to the Bendigo  Public Holiday for the Bendigo Cup. 

Ho ho ho Merry Christmas

Kerry has produced another amazing quilt which incorporates her style of  painted drawings combined with a lovely pieced border and squares linking the blocks.

More fused bears- purchase a set of Maddie bears (A and B) in the same fabrics, or scrappy bears in many fabrics.

Each bear is $12.50 and ready to be fused to your background.  A pair is $25.00. 

All hand drawn, cut and assembled to get you off to a quick start with your project. 

Stitching lines are drawn for textural effects - seams on faces, creases etc in clothing. 

Facial details are drawn ready to embroider or fill in with a micron pigma pen.
