Picnic Time for Bears pillow is a regular pillow size. Pattern is available for $16. 

Kits $75- maybe some slight changes in fabrics but the same overall look. 

Bottom picture shows the pre fused Maddie bears  ready to stitch to your background. These are $15 each or $30 for the pair.
